2. Description of Service

Emailess provides a digital service that allows users to generate temporary email addresses using trusted domains. This is a digital product delivered electronically.

Important Notice

All purchases are for digital products and services. No physical goods will be delivered.

3. Payment and Refund Policy

3.1 Payment

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the price listed for the selected package.

3.2 Non-Refundable Policy

No Refunds

Due to the nature of our digital service, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. Please ensure you select the correct package before completing your purchase.

4. Credit System

Credits are consumed when you generate email addresses. Different domains may consume different amounts of credits:

  • Standard domains (hotmail.com, outlook.com, etc.): 1 credit per email
  • Premium domain (gmail.com): 5 credits per email

Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Engage in any illegal activities or fraudulent purposes
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Distribute spam or malicious content

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these terms. No refunds will be provided for terminated accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Emailess shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
